Start with the water and the duty point, not with the pump name. For relatively clean water, a peripheral pump is a common choice for compact, lower-flow transfer; a centrifugal pump for larger flow at moderate head; and a self-priming jet pump when an above-ground pump has to draw from a suitable shallow source.

For anything below ground, a submersible pump handles drainage and transfer, a sewage pump is for wastewater carrying solids, and a deep well pump is selected from the borehole dimensions. A booster pump is chosen when the source is adequate but the pressure at the outlet is not. These are starting points — the exact model still has to be checked at your required flow and head.

Send six things: where the water comes from, whether it carries sand or solids, the flow you need, the total working head, the pipe route, and the power supply (voltage, frequency, phase). Add the destination country and expected quantity so the quotation reflects your market.

Tell us the destination country and the local supply standard rather than just the voltage — that lets us confirm the plug, cable and nameplate at the same time as the motor winding.

Yes. Pressure controllers, tanks, pressure switches, gauges, cables, float switches, fittings, impellers and other spare parts can be quoted on the same order as the pumps, which usually reduces total freight and avoids a second shipment later.

No — and this is the most common cause of a pump that underperforms. Maximum head is measured near the low-flow end of the curve. As flow increases, available head falls. A pump rated at 40 m maximum might deliver only around 20 m at half its maximum flow.

Give us the flow and the head required at the same time. With both numbers we can read the exact model curve at your duty point instead of quoting the catalogue maximum.

Start with the difference in water levels between the source and the discharge point. Add pipe friction and losses through fittings and valves at the target flow. If the water has to arrive at a specified pressure, convert that pressure to head and add it.

For example: a 40 m vertical rise, plus roughly 9 m of pipe friction and 5 m through fittings, gives about 54 m at the assumed flow. Pipe diameter matters more than most buyers expect — a long narrow run can add substantial loss. If the required flow changes, the losses have to be recalculated.

Only if that exact model is rated for what is in the water. A drainage pump intended for relatively clean water can clog or wear quickly in sewage. For wastewater, compare a sewage pump and confirm its published solids passage, impeller design and permitted liquid conditions.

The outlet diameter alone does not tell you what solids the pump will pass — a 50 mm outlet may still be restricted by the impeller. Check the solids passage figure, not the port size.

Send the borehole’s clear inside diameter, the static water level, the dynamic water level when pumping, the required flow, the height to the discharge point and the power supply available at the site.

The dynamic level matters most: a deep well pump must stay submerged while running, so the pump is set below the dynamic level, not the static one. If the borehole diameter is close to the pump diameter, mention it — cooling flow around the motor depends on the clearance.

Correct installation solves most reliability problems. Keep the suction line short, airtight and free of high points where air can collect, fit a strainer on the suction side, and make sure the suction lift stays within the model’s limit. For submersible pumps, confirm the motor is fully submerged and the float switch or control has enough travel.

For maintenance, check the suction strainer and any pre-filter regularly, keep spare mechanical seals and capacitors on hand, and protect the pump from running dry. We include the installation points for the specific model in the quotation.

Because production, testing and packing are in-house, OEM artwork and component changes can be handled directly rather than through a third party. You are welcome to arrange a factory visit or a video inspection.

The factory is in Daxi Town, Wenling, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. Taizhou is close to Ningbo Port, and we also ship through Shanghai and Yiwu for rail and consolidated cargo.

We accept OEM orders. Typical customization includes the brand nameplate, logo and artwork, body colour, cable and plug, carton and packaging design, and the model designation itself.

Send the artwork, colour reference, nameplate fields, plug and cable requirements, carton design and destination market. For motor-driven changes such as a different voltage or shaft material, send the specification and we will confirm feasibility. Available options depend on the model, order quantity and approved sample, and everything is confirmed in writing before production.

Samples can be provided. The buyer covers the sample cost and shipping cost for the first order; if a bulk order follows, the sample cost can normally be deducted from it. Sample lead time is usually 10–15 days.

We also accept small trial orders — a first order does not have to be a full container. Send the exact configuration and the delivery country and we will give you a definite quantity, price and timing rather than a general answer.

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, OEM artwork, component availability and the current production schedule. As a guide, samples are usually sent within 10–15 days, and batch orders ship within about 40 days after receiving the original L/C or the T/T deposit.

If you have a shipment deadline, put it in your first message. Where the schedule allows, we will plan production around your shipping window and state the confirmed timing in the quotation.

Yes. Small trial orders are accepted — many of our long-term customers started with a mixed trial shipment. A first order can combine several pump models, and accessories can be added to the same shipment.

Send the model list with quantities and we will confirm what can be combined. For very small quantities the per-unit freight share is the main variable, so it sometimes pays to group more items into one shipment.

Standard terms are 100% T/T in advance, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. We also accept 30% deposit in advance with the 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

Share the quantity, destination, preferred Incoterm and your payment request in the first message. The terms that apply to your order are the ones stated in the written quotation and order agreement.

We normally quote within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry, and often the same working day. If your enquiry includes the duty point, power supply and quantity, the reply can include a specific model recommendation rather than a request for more information.

If the matter is urgent, say so — by email or through the contact page — and we will treat it as a priority.

CE and ISO 9001 documents are available. If your customs authority or importer needs a specific certificate for the destination market, tell us which one and for which model, and we will confirm whether it applies to that configuration.

A document issued for one model or market should not be assumed to cover another. Each pump is tested before packing, and test records can be provided for the ordered batch.

Yes. We ship worldwide and can quote FOB, CIF or CFR depending on your preference. If you do not have your own forwarder, we can help arrange one and provide the shipping documents.

If you do use your own forwarder, send the loading and document requirements early so we can match the packing and paperwork to them.

We offer a one-year warranty on the pump. The warranty period begins with the Bill of Lading date for purchases that start from it.

When reporting an issue, send the model, serial or batch information, installation details, photos or a short video, and a description of the fault. That lets the team assess the cause quickly and confirm whether the claim is covered under the terms stated in your order agreement.
