Choosing the Right Water Pump
How do I choose the right water pump category?
Start with the application. Peripheral pumps suit compact clean water transfer, centrifugal pumps suit higher flow irrigation and transfer, jet pumps suit shallow wells and suction use, booster pumps suit pressure boosting, submersible pumps suit submerged drainage, sewage pumps suit dirty water, and deep well pumps suit boreholes.
What information is needed for pump selection?
Please provide application, water source, required flow, required head or pressure, pipe length, voltage, frequency, quantity, and target market. These details help match a practical model direction.
Can pumps be supplied for different voltage and frequency standards?
Voltage and frequency can be discussed according to model and market needs, such as 220V/50Hz, 110V/60Hz, or three-phase configurations for suitable pump series.
Can accessories be ordered together with pumps?
Yes. Pressure controllers, tanks, switches, gauges, cables, float switches, fittings, impellers, and other spare parts can be discussed together with pump orders.

Q1. LIP PUMP is a factory or trading company?
A1: We are a manufacturer with more than 10 years of pump production experience.
Q2. Where is your factory located?
A2: Our factory is located in Daxi Town, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province China. Taizhou city is close to Ningbo Port.
Q3. How can I get some samples?
A3: Samples can be provided. The buyer should bear the sample cost and shipping cost. If you place a bulk order, the sample cost can be deducted.
Q4. Wonder if you accept small orders?
A4: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us. To get more orders and give our clients more convenience, we accept small orders.
Q5. Can you do OEM for me?
A5: We accept all OEM orders. Contact us and give us your design. We will offer a reasonable price and make samples for you as soon as possible.
Q6. How long is your production lead time?
A6: It depends on product and order quantity. Usually, samples can be sent within 10 to 15 days. Batch orders can be shipped within 40 days after receiving the original L/C or TT deposit.
Q7. What are your payment terms?
A7: We accept 100% T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight. We also accept 30% deposit in advance, balance of 70% T/T before shipment.
Q8. Can you send products to my country?
A8: Sure, we can. If you do not have your ship forwarder, we can help you.
Q9. How about your warranty?
A9: We offer a 1-year product life guarantee and a 1-year warranty on all purchases that begin with the Bill of Lading.
Q10. When can I get the quotation?
A10: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail so that we can consider your inquiry a priority.
Q11. What is your company’s available production capacity?
A11: 50000 to 60000 pieces of pump per month.
Q12. Do you have any certifications?
A12: Yes, CE and ISO9001 can be provided. If customer need special certification for custom clearance, we can also provide.
